Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Hard Surface Flooring to grow profitability and market share in the Northern Virginia area (Fairfax, Centreville, Chantilly, Leesburg).

Build lasting relationships with flooring dealers, designers and end-users through knowledge, service, trust and integrity. Responsibilities include daily sales calls on existing customers, presenting products, building displays, and developing new accounts.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED; 1 year of sales experience required.
• Must be able to travel in a vehicle capable of carrying product sample boards.
• Must lift samples and build displays up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Make daily sales calls on existing customers and promote hard surface flooring products.
• Present products to dealers, designers and end-users and analyze leads; build displays and promote product lines.
