Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is hiring a Territory Manager for Hard Surface Flooring to grow Shaw's profitability and market share across designated PA markets, including State College, Williamsport, and Altoona.

You will build relationships with flooring dealers, designers and end-users, and drive sales through product knowledge, service and integrity. Responsibilities include daily calls, presenting products, constructing displays, prospecting new accounts, and maintaining reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1 year of sales experience.
• Ability to travel by vehicle and lift 50 pounds.
• Proficient with laptop and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Daily sales calls with dealers and designers.
• Present products to retailers and end-users.
• Manage displays and sample racks up to 50 lbs.
• Enter customer interactions into Salesforce.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze territory performance.
