Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Territory Manager to lead strategic sales in a defined region. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, drive growth, and build strong relationships with customers while working independently to meet goals.

Compensation includes a base salary with commission, a car allowance or company car, generous benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Overnight travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications and applicable sales software.
• Prior sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages assigned territory to achieve sales plan while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Works closely with existing accounts to drive profitable growth and develop market share.
• Develops strong business relationships built on trust and integrity.
• Generates sales proposals, plan-o-grams and prepares special orders, pricing and business agreements.
• Identifies growth opportunities through expansion of existing customers.
• Updates merchandising displays to Hillman standards.
• Communicates effectively with customers, sales management and stakeholders.
