Job summary

Diversatek Healthcare is seeking a Territory Manager for GI devices to drive sales to hospitals, endoscopy centers, and ambulatory surgery centers in PA and OH. You will engage nursing staff and physicians, manage opportunities in CRM, and deliver value through education and service.

The role demands a hunter mentality, quota achievement, and 1–2 years of medical sales experience. Frequent travel and a valid driver’s license are required, with relocation support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required – GPA 3.0 or above.
• Demonstrated track record of performing above quota.
• 1–2 years of medical sales experience.
• Positive attitude and a highly competitive drive.
• Willingness to relocate at own expense or reside in the posted territory.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Applicants must currently reside in the posted territory or be willing to relocate at their own expense.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Develop relationships with clinical staff, nurses, and physicians to grow revenue.
• Use our established prospect database to manage CRM records of customers.
• Build long-standing customer relationships by delivering strong service.
• Discuss product fit and communicate value to meet customer goals.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing portfolios.
• Provide effective internal communications across departments.
• Attend trade shows and conferences in territory as assigned.
• Coordinate sales opportunities with Business Development Specialists.
