Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking an Entry Level Territory Manager / Provider Relationship Manager to grow partnerships with healthcare providers and expand access to mental health services across your territory. In this field-based role, you’ll build long-term referral relationships, educate partners, and help drive market growth.

You’ll spend several days in the field meeting with providers, using CRM tools like Salesforce to track activity, and collaborating with a national team to shape growth

Qualifications

About the Role

As aProvider Relationship Manager, you’ll build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups across your territory. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on growing relationships, expanding patient access to care, and driving market growth.

You’ll spend 4–5 days per week in the field meeting with partners, managing your territory, and building long-term referral relationships.
