Job summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking an Entry Level Provider Relationship Manager to build referral partnerships with healthcare providers and medical groups across your territory. You will drive access to mental health services and help grow a national network while gaining hands-on field experience.

You’ll spend 4–5 days per week in the field, meeting partners, managing your territory, and developing long-term referral relationships.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or relationship-focused role.
• Healthcare or provider-facing sales experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
