Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager to lead Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) sales in Washington DC and Northern Virginia. You will develop relationships with large healthcare organizations, call on anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, critical care, and EP labs, driving adoption of FloTrac Sensor, ClearSight cuff, Acumen IQ cuff/sensors and ForeSight.

You will identify opportunities, close deals, analyze performance gaps, and execute regional plans to meet sales targets in complex,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Medical devices industry experience.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Strong enterprise-level selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with large healthcare organizations (IDNs and major hospital systems).
• Call on anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, critical care teams and EP labs to drive adoption of BD APM products.
• Identify opportunities and close deals; drive growth in new and existing accounts.
• Analyze performance gaps and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets.
