Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager to manage a defined portfolio of Advanced Patient Monitoring customers and to drive utilization of FloTrac, ClearSight, Acumen IQ, and ForeSight across care settings.

The ideal candidate resides in El Paso, Texas and will travel to engage large hospital systems and IDNs, building strategic plans to meet sales targets while navigating multi-layered decision processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required in related field.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Medical devices industry experience.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Strong enterprise-level selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined portfolio of Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) customers.
• Call on anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, critical care, and IDNs; drive adoption of APM products.
• Identify opportunities and close deals while analyzing performance gaps and executing regional strategies to meet sales targets.
