ConvaTec Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager, Continence Care to expand market share within a defined geography.

You will build relationships with physicians, nurses, and care teams, promoting Convatec’s CC portfolio and driving revenue growth through new business and expanded accounts. You will communicate complex clinical and product information to diverse audiences, manage territory plans, and participate in in-service programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in a highly competitive market.
• RN licensure preferred but not required.
• Consultative selling approach and experience with distributors is a plus.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple call points.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsabilités

• Develop positive relationships with clinicians and key buyers in the territory.
• Promote Convatec’s continence care portfolio to existing customers and new prospects.
• Communicate technical product benefits to professional medical and non-technical audiences.
• Generate new business through cold calling and lead follow-up; grow existing accounts.
• Present products to decision-makers with demos and selling tools.
• Analyze territorial sales and conduct in-service programs for staff and customers.
• Report sales results to Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with distribution partners.
