Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Territory Manager, Continence Care, to expand market share across a defined US territory. You will promote the CC portfolio to existing customers and acquire new business, develop key clinician relationships, and deliver in‑service programs and product demonstrations.

You will use CRM tools to analyze sales data, plan territory strategies, and collaborate with regional leadership to meet revenue targets. Travel will be required to engage facilities and distributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; RN licensure preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in a competitive market.
• Experience selling to healthcare facilities and distributors is a plus.
• Ability to navigate multi-step sales cycles and decision-making committees.
• Proven ability to mine CRM data and use it to drive territory strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Convatec’s continence care portfolio within assigned territory.
• Build relationships with physicians, clinicians and decision-makers in urology settings.
• Promote Convatec CC products using sales tools, demonstrations, and in‑service programs.
• Lead lead generation and follow-up to expand new business and grow existing accounts.
• Analyze territory performance and report results to Regional Sales Manager.
