Job summary

Convatec is seeking an Account Manager Continence Care to drive sustainable territory growth across North UK/Scotland, delivering education, training, and formulary strategies with clinical and commercial stakeholders. This field-based role involves 90% customer facing activity, four days in the field weekly, and an overnight requirement.

Qualifications

• Proven clinical and sales experience in medical devices, healthcare or pharma.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Degree educated or equivalent, ideally with a scientific/healthcare or nursing background.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with objective achievement.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong territory planning, account management and opportunity management skills.
• Able to analyze data and translate insights into actions driving growth.
• Commercial acumen and financial accountability.
• Full driver's license and ability to work in the UKI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prescribing and clinical stakeholders across acute and community care.
• Initiate and support product evaluations with hospital and community settings.
• Drive product uptake following formulary approvals and local guideline inclusion.
• Maximise opportunities by ensuring pull-through of approved formularies and pathways.
• Increase access to Convatec brands via formulary inclusion and guideline development.
• Deliver training to ensure safe, effective use of Convatec products.
• Plan and execute local educational initiatives and clinical activities.
• Deliver against performance metrics and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
• Utilise CRM to record all customer interactions and opportunities.
