Job summary

Convatec is seeking a driven sales professional to lead the commercial success of its Advanced Wound Care surgical portfolio in a defined US territory. You will work with a regional team to drive adoption, develop accounts, and optimize field strategies across ORs, nursing units, and physician offices.

You will build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and healthcare professionals, employing strong presentation skills both virtually and in person to expand market share and meet annual goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor2s degree required.
• Two-plus yearsa0experience in Medical Sales in a complex selling environment.
• Experience selling through distributors is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Exhibits Convateca0Values & Behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell portfolio of surgical products and understand competitive landscape to achieve sales results, quotas/targets and profitability goals.
• Develop new target accounts, establish new business and increase sales of current accounts.
• Develop and maintain action plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) by analyzing territory performance and reports to identify needs and opportunities.
• Ensure effective utilization of products by all trained Health Care Professionals within assigned territory.
• Network and build relationships across multiple care settings and use information to build territory strategy.
• Maintains knowledge of the Companya0s products, channels and distribution methods.
• Demonstrate understanding of clinical evidence and articulate our evidence-based value proposition.
• Demonstrates clinical understanding of targeted surgical procedures.
• Optimize utilization of educational and KOL events.
• Develop and cultivate KOL relationships.
• Keeps regional manager informed of territory progress.
• Attend meetings and represent Convatec professionally.
