Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow our medical solutions across assigned territories. You will promote services to Urologists, Pediatric Hospitals, and Rehabilitation Hospitals, while nurturing existing accounts and opening new ones through proactive outreach.

The role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication, and willingness to travel for customer visits and training. Collaborative work with inside staff and field trainers is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices sales preferred.
• Ability to manage a geographic territory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort with travel and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training and field-based coaching.
• Develop territory routing to maximize field time.
• Build and maintain relationships with facilities.
