Backyard Products, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to support leadership and drive sales across its national footprint. This role manages sub-contractors, oversees inventory and promotional activities, and partners with HR to ensure compliance and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2–4 years of supervision experience in construction or building materials.
• Exceptional customer service skills are required.
• Forklift operation proficiency is required.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable/Receivable, Inventory control, and P&L.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook; background check and drug screen required.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Management to supervise sub-contractors and protect assets.
• Lead the recruitment and retention of a strong sub-contractor core team.
• Provide feedback to team members and management.
• Assist with inventory audits, ordering, receiving, and shipping.
• Support promotional merchandising and maintain safety standards.
• Coordinate with HR on compliance and training initiatives.
