Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 2–4 years of supervision and subcontractor oversight.
• Proficient in wood working and building products.
• Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable, inventory, and P&L.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Management to protect and maintain company assets and resources, including inventory, product handling and the facility.
• Leads the acquisition and maintenance of a core team of subcontractors for customer satisfaction.
• Provides constructive feedback to team members and management.
• Assist in timely completion of auditing procedures and inventory schedules.
• Assist with inventory activities including ordering, receiving, storing, shipping, repairing products, and filing claims.
• Carry out promotional merchandising plans within the territory and maintain presentation standards.
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and maintain confidentiality policies.
• Coordinate with HR on compliance and training projects.
