Job summary

Equipment East is seeking experienced Territory Managers to cover key New England markets. These field-based sales roles require building contractor and municipal relationships, driving new equipment opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from lead to delivery.

You will report to our Bow, NH or Brockton, MA locations and collaborate with rental, service, and parts teams. A valid driver’s license and 3+ years of outside sales in construction equipment are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in construction equipment.
• Strong understanding of heavy and compact equipment applications.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with contractors and municipalities.
• Generate new equipment opportunities and manage the full sales cycle.
• Collaborate with rental, service, and parts teams.
• Represent Equipment East in the Bow, NH and Brockton, MA markets.
