Job summary

Milton CAT is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to grow territory revenue through equipment sales and rentals. This field-based, relationship-driven role requires prospecting, winning new business, and closing deals across our Massachusetts territory.

You will build a strong pipeline, meet customers daily, and exceed sales targets while enjoying base salary plus commission, full benefits, a 401(k) with match, and PTO/holidays.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• High energy, self-discipline, and a hunter mindset.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to be on the road.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily and build a strong pipeline (cold calls, job sites, networking).
• Win new accounts and grow existing relationships.
• Drive sales of light and heavy construction equipment.
• Meet with customers daily and close deals in the field.
• Own your territory and consistently exceed sales targets.
