Milton Rents is seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to grow territory revenue through equipment sales and rentals across New England. This field-based role thrives on prospecting, winning new business, and closing deals with construction customers.

Responsibilities include daily prospecting, managing a strong pipeline, meeting customers on-site, and exceeding sales targets. Competitive pay includes base salary plus commission, with full benefits and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• High energy, self-discipline, and a "hunter" mindset.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to be on the road.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily and build a strong pipeline (cold calls, job sites, networking).
• Win new accounts and grow existing relationships.
• Drive sales of light and heavy construction equipment.
• Meet with customers daily and close deals in the field.
• Own your territory and consistently exceed sales targets.
