Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, via Shockwave Medical, seeks a Territory Manager in Columbia, SC to drive growth in hospitals. You will call on interventional cardiologists and vascular surgeons, educate clinicians on IVL products, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet revenue objectives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2+ years as a hospital-based territory manager in life sciences (cardiovascular preferred). Travel and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ territory management experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
• Experience selling catheter technology or cardiovascular devices is a plus.
• Ability to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Meet with physicians and hospital staff to assess needs and case mix.
• Educate customers on product usage via presentations and demonstrations.
• Attend procedures in hospital ORs and advise on product usage.
• Aim to achieve territory sales/revenue objectives and quota attainment.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Field Clinical Reps, Marketing, R&D to identify opportunities.
• Conduct consultative calls with Interventional Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons.
• Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and clinical speak with physicians.
• Complete and submit monthly sales summary and reports per procedures.
• Maintain company standards and comply with FDA quality/ethics requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
