Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Territory Manager for Shockwave Medical Inc. in Seattle, WA. You will drive sales for our intravascular lithotripsy technology, work with physicians and hospital staff, and expand clinical adoption across your territory.

You will partner with Clinical, Marketing and R&D teams to deliver compelling educational programs, demonstrations, and case support while meeting quarterly and annual sales goals for the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred).
• May substitute 3 years’ cardiovascular or interventional sales support experience.
• Successful Sales experience in catheter technology and related fields.
• Ability to meet and exceed the assigned sales plan on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians.
• Meet with physicians and hospital personnel to assess needs and case types.
• Educate customers on product use and clinical indications through presentations and demos.
• Attend procedures in ORs and advise on product usage.
• Achieve sales and revenue objectives for the territory and quota.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, R&D and other units to identify opportunities.
• Conduct consultative calls with Interventional Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
