The Hillman Group is seeking a Territory Manager to cover a defined region in the United States. You will manage assigned accounts, drive profitable growth, and build strong relationships with customers while delivering superior service.

Expect a base salary with commission, a comprehensive benefits package, and growth opportunities. Overnight travel up to 25% is required, with the flexibility to set your own hours and work independently.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and sales software.
• Prior sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned territory to achieve sales plans and customer service goals.
• Work with existing accounts to drive growth and market share.
• Develop strong business relationships based on trust and integrity.
• Maintain relationships with customers and respond promptly to needs.
• Identify growth opportunities through expansion of current customers.
• Update displays to Hillman standards and prepare orders/pricing.
• Inform management of market trends and competitive issues.
• Maintain monthly planner and coordinate programs with corporate staff.
