Job summary

American Millwork LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to grow sales in an Elkhart, Indiana territory and strengthen customer relationships within the building products market. This in-office role focuses on developing new customers, expanding product adoption, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and solid communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Territory Manager in building products industry.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience preferred.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and use KPIs.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Willingness to travel within sales territory.
• Organizational and leadership ability.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• BS/BA in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory to grow sales and profitability.
