American Millwork, a leading producer of quality hardwood mouldings and boards, seeks a Territory Manager for the Elkhart, IN area. You'll drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and implement marketing strategies within an assigned geographic region.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to travel within the territory. In-office position based in Elkhart, Indiana, with a team-oriented, family-like atmosphere and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Territory Manager in Wood Millwork Industry.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience preferred.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Willingness to travel within the sales territory.
• Organizational and leadership ability.
• Problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Target and gain new customers and markets through development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Monitor inventories, shipments, team performance, and customer satisfaction; coordinate customer service.
• Understand building industry and manufacturing including suppliers, distribution channels, financial conventions and practices, costing, pricing, margins, and systems.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers; present insights and recommendations.
• Travel within assigned territory to maintain and grow relationships.
