Job summary

UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a Territory Manager to service and manage customer relationships in the Bloomington/Normal area. You will drive growth by visiting 10–15 customers daily, promoting First Aid + Safety products, and keeping up with pricing and inventory.

The role requires a proactive sales approach, basic computer skills, and a willingness to travel locally. On-the-job training is provided, with a competitive hourly pay, 401K match, health insurance, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent and timely service to customers in your territory.
• Service 10–15 customers per day in a company vehicle.
• Organize and implement a work plan to maximize daily sales.
• Maintain promotional materials and business cards.
• Submit paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
• Keep hand-held data updated and in policy compliance.
• Develop new business through cold calls and territory management.
