Job summary

BG Products, Inc. in Fargo is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager/Business Development Representative to support our automotive maintenance distributors in the Fargo/Moorhead region.

You will drive sales, manage CRM, train clients, and coordinate service and delivery of our products. The role offers training pay starting at $60k/year plus base salary, commissions, bonus opportunities, and employer-paid vehicle benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Self-motivated and driven with a proven track record of meeting goals.
• Confident, dynamic communicator via telephone, email and in-person.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time management.
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly and drive safely.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver BG Products to an existing base of automotive facilities.
• Call on new clients to grow market share.
• Introduce customers to new products and services.
• Maintain detailed CRM and account information.
• Provide on-site service/sales training and presentations.
• Manage daily inventory and service equipment on site.
