Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, call center, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and multiple communication platforms.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and chat inquiries from prospective customers.
• Schedule appointments for customers with the sales team.
• Follow up with leads using phone, email, and text messaging.
• Build rapport and provide an outstanding customer experience during every interaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and activity goals.
• Assist with outbound customer follow-up campaigns.
• Represent the dealership with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
