Job summary

Cencora, through its MWI Animal Health brand, seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales with veterinarians and clinics in the assigned territory. You will plan calls, select programs to motivate customers, and build strong relationships while maintaining knowledge of the full product line and promotions.

You will manage call cycles, analyze sales data, and stay aligned with regional leadership. A driver’s license and sales experience in animal health are preferred for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in animal health.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills and a proven ability to sell.
• A valid driver’s license and good driving record are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Call on target, current and prospective customers to generate sales and improve market share.
• Plan and make sales calls, selecting products and programs to motivate purchases.
• Establish and maintain relationships with veterinarians and clinics.
• Review sales analysis and top supplier reports for pre- and post-call planning.
• Prepare and maintain a written call cycle; share information with ISR and Regional Manager.
• Stay current on the full line of MWI products and services offered.
• Demonstrate competency in MWI sales programs, promotions and products.
• Establish account profiles for customers within the territory.
• Be responsive to communications; meet sales goals and budgets by territory.
• Act as a resource on inventory management, equipment and products.
• Collaborate with inside personnel to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a professional vehicle and work with key vendors and Product Specialists.
• Assist with promotional materials and participate in meetings.
