Job summary

MWI Animal Health, part of Cencora, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of veterinary products and equipment in an assigned territory, targeting veterinarians and clinics.

You will plan and perform sales calls, tailor product recommendations, and develop account profiles while staying current on the full line of MWI offerings. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of animal-health sales are preferred; must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 1–3 years sales experience in animal health preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills; proven sales ability.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Call on target, current and prospective customers to generate sales and increase income for MWI.
• Use a computer as a sales aid; utilize MWI email, Outlook promotions, and Territory Manager site.
• Understand vet and clinic needs; select products and services to satisfy those needs.
• Establish relationships with veterinarians and clinics; maintain account profiles.
• Review sales analysis and top supplier reports for planning; maintain a written call cycle.
• Stay current on the full line of MWI products and promotions; demonstrate offerings.
• Ensure timely reporting; meet sales goals and budget numbers by territory and manufacturer.
• Be a resource on inventory, equipment and products; coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
