Job summary

BD is a leading global medical technology company seeking a seasoned sales professional to manage a defined portfolio of Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) customers. You will drive growth across IDNs and large hospital systems, calling on anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, and critical care teams.

Primary products include FloTrac Sensor, ClearSight cuff, and ForeSight for continuous monitoring. You will identify opportunities, close deals, and develop regional strategies while navigating

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• Clinical background required.
• Medical devices industry experience required.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Strong enterprise-level selling skills.
• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with large healthcare organizations (IDNs and major hospital systems).
• Call on anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, critical care, and EP Lab specialists.
• Identify opportunities, close deals, and meet sales targets.
• Analyze performance gaps and execute regional strategies.
