Job summary

NR Consulting seeks a Regional Field Performance Manager/Agency Development Manager/Territory Manager to lead and support regional insurance agencies. This remote role requires 50% travel and focuses on coaching field leadership, improving operations, and delivering key business results.

You will manage agency performance, develop General Agents and Field Agents, and partner with regional leadership to execute strategies that drive growth and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of life insurance operations/administration experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing teams and resolving client issues.
• Knowledge of insurance policies and field operations.
