NR Consulting is seeking a Life Insurance Operations Leader to support regional field operations by guiding and supervising General Agents and agency staff to hit business goals and KPIs.

You will coach multiple agent tiers, drive growth in production and client activity, and partner with regional leadership to resolve operational issues while maintaining strong service standards.

Competenze

• 5+ years of life insurance administration experience.
• Strong management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with complaint resolution and multitasking.

Salary: Great salary + $10K quarterly variable comp (bonus) + Benefits.

Requirement: Life Insurance Experience

Position Overview:

Support regional field operations by managing and motivating General Agents and agency staff to achieve business goals and key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned life insurance agencies and provide regular support.
• Coach, motivate, and develop General Agents, Assistant General Agents, Field Agents, and administrative staff.
• Drive agency growth across production, clients, applications, and IARs.
• Provide guidance on insurance operations, policies, and processes.
• Partner with regional leadership to improve agency performance and resolve issues.
• Monitor performance, prioritize activities, and ensure goals and KPIs are met.
• Maintain strong customer service and communication with agency teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of life insurance administration experience.
• Strong management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with complaint resolution and multitasking.
• FIC, FLMI, or CLU designation is a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
