The role combines clinical support in the cath lab and IR with full sales ownership, driving growth across the territory and building relationships with interventional radiologists, neurointerventionalists, and vascular specialists.

You’ll work hands-on in procedures, with a bias toward disruptive technology and a solid track record in interventional med device environments.

Job description

This is an early-stage, high-growth opportunity in the neurovascular intervention space, partnering closely with top physicians to bring innovative technology to market. The company is tackling some of the most complex challenges in stroke and neurointerventional care with a differentiated approach and strong clinical backing.

This is a true TM role calling on the cath lab and IR, working closely with interventional radiologists, neurointerventionalists, and vascular specialists. You’ll be responsible for driving growth across the territory, supporting cases, training accounts, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. It’s a hands-on role with a mix of clinical support and full sales ownership.

Looking for someone with solid interventional med device experience (cath lab, IR, OR, etc.) who’s comfortable in procedures, driven, and excited about getting in early with disruptive technology. Neurovascular experience a plus.

Comp: ~$175K base, $350K at plan with a 9-month guarantee + strong upside beyond that
