Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply - Richland Hills is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth across a multi‑million‑dollar territory by expanding the customer base and strengthening relationships with contractors, retailers, and vendors. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in pool/aquatics industry.
• Proven success in B2B sales, including managing multi‑million‑dollar territories.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

Position Purpose

Drives sales growth and strengthens customer relationships within an assigned market. This role maximizes revenue from existing accounts while generating new business by engaging customers, vendors, and branch operations. The Territory Manager partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent service, achieve sales goals, and enhance market competitiveness while delivering measurable results across a multi‑million‑dollar territory.
