Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. in Richland Hills, TX is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships across a multi-million-dollar territory. You will expand the customer base, develop territory plans, and collaborate with branches, vendors, and customers to exceed revenue targets.

Travel will be extensive within the assigned territory. A minimum of 5 years in B2B sales and pool/aquatics customer service is required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in pool/aquatics industry
• Proven success in B2B sales, including managing multi‑million‑dollar territories
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
• Solid understanding of sales strategies and practices
