Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in Las Vegas to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships. You will manage a multi-million-dollar territory, develop annual plans, and engage vendors, branches, and customers to exceed targets.

The role requires 5+ years in pool/aquatics B2B sales, strong CRM and communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively within the territory. Bachelor's preferred, high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in pool/aquatics industry.
• Proven success in B2B sales, including managing multi-million-dollar territories.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of sales strategies and practices.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Position Purpose

This role maximizes revenue from existing accounts while generating new business by engaging customers, vendors, and branch operations. The Territory Manager partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent service, achieve sales goals, and enhance market competitiveness while delivering measurable results across a multi-million-dollar territory.
