Job summary

Unified Talent Group is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive sales growth and develop long-term customer relationships throughout the assigned territory in the Northeastern United States.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, customer-focused sales professional with strong communication skills, business acumen, integrity, and the ability to build trusted relationships across multiple customer segments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory revenue and profitability goals
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, email, telephone outreach, and face-to-face meetings
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while establishing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently follow up throughout the sales process
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions
  • Identify opportunities involving replacements, expansions, new projects, and additional customer needs
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers and respond promptly to questions, concerns, and requests
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to support satisfaction, retention, referrals, and repeat business
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and internal departments to meet customer commitments and territory objectives
  • Maintain accurate customer, prospect, pipeline, and sales activity information
  • Complete required reports, documentation, and administrative responsibilities accurately and on time
  • Represent the organization professionally and protect confidential customer, pricing, and company information
