Job summary

First Choice Dental Lab in the Midwest seeks a Territory Sales Representative to drive sales growth in an assigned geography. You will manage and expand an existing client base, present products, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.

Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least two years of sales experience, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.

Territory Sales Representative - full-time
Salary: $45,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience + performance-based commission

Title: Territory Sales Representative

Reports to: CEO

Status: Full-time (Salary/Exempt)

Summary of Position: The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships within an assigned geographic territory. Key responsibilities include managing & expanding an existing client base, identifying & developing new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. The role involves regular customer outreach, product presentations, order management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective territory coverage.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, calls, and product presentations.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and follow‑up communications.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline development, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and company events as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience: This position requires a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with a minimum of two (2) years of sales experience.

Language Skills: Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate, listen, and see. The employee must often sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee will occasionally lift, push, or move up to fifteen (15) pounds. Work Environment: This position is primarily based in the field and involves regular interaction with clients, partners, and members of the public at various locations. Duties are performed outside of a traditional office setting and require regular travel throughout Midwest states.
