Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences in the United States seeks a dynamic Sales professional to lead territory growth for approved neuroscience products. You will build long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff, educating customers on product benefits and optimizing account strategies.

Travel Monday–Friday with occasional evenings; strong knowledge of biotech markets and compliant promotion is essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science or related field with 4+ years in commercial pharma/biotech.
• Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Veeva or BI tools is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Neurocrine products and grow within assigned territory.
• Educate physicians, nurses, and staff about product benefits.
• Manage strategic accounts and drive sales through in-person and virtual visits.
• Collaborate with managed care, marketing, and medical teams.
• Maintain compliance with FDA guidelines and company policies.
• Occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
• Lead cross-functional teams and support launches.
