Job summary

Neurocrine in California is seeking a Territory Sales professional to cover the West of Los Angeles, promoting Neurocrine products and educating physicians. You will build long-term relationships with clinicians and healthcare providers in the Santa Monica to Long Beach corridor.

You will drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management, coordinating with managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, and Medical Science Liaisons.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science or related field with 4+ years pharma/biotech sales; or Master's with 2+ years.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory/enforcement environment; proven sales/launch success.
• Reside within territory and hold a valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drives product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management.
• Executes territory sales strategies via in-person and virtual communications to meet objectives.
• Identifies and addresses territory-specific opportunities and barriers.
• Manages promotional resources and budget.
• Builds and maintains relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, key opinion leaders/advocacy groups, community clinics/long-term care, and local/regional payers and pharmacies.
• Collaborates with internal partners (managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons, medical communications).
• Upholds highest ethical standards and FDA/pharmaceutical industry best practices.
• Maintains full field presence Monday-Friday with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend events.
