Job summary

Calibre Scientific Group in San Francisco seeks a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth of our life science portfolio across pharma, biotech, academia, and diagnostics. You will manage key accounts, develop strategic territory plans, and build relationships with scientists and procurement teams.

Ideal candidates combine a scientific background with proven consultative sales success in the life sciences, and are willing to travel and operate across a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related Life Sciences field.
• 3–5 years of successful sales experience in life sciences.
• Read, write, and present in English with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual sales objectives and territory growth.
• Develop strategic territory plans for pharma and biopharma accounts.
• Build relationships with scientists, procurement, and leadership.
• Prospect, generate leads, and manage accounts using consultative sales.
• Travel approximately 50–60%, attend conferences, visits customers.
