Job summary

Abcam, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Territory Account Manager to manage select academic and biopharma accounts in the Southern California region. You will build partnerships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth across Abcam’s product portfolio.

You will travel 50–75% within the region, maintain strong customer relationships and provide regular forecasts, while leveraging CRM tools. A life sciences degree and 2+ years of field sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of field sales account management in life sciences.
• Ability to discuss antibody-based applications, proteomics and related products.
• Proven ability to build relationships with scientific end-users and decision-makers.
• Experience selling solutions across complex research workflows; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic and tactical relationships with academic and biopharma accounts; develop new business opportunities.
• Build and execute account plans to maximize share of wallet across Abcam's portfolio.
• Provide market feedback and sales forecast updates to management; maintain CRM data.
• Travel within region (50–75%) and maintain a valid driver’s license.
