Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive revenue growth across Rainin pipettes, tips, and calibration services. You will develop territory plans to acquire new customers, expand accounts, and increase market penetration.

You will identify and advance opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and manage pipeline through CRM. Collaboration with internal teams and strong presentation skills are required to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of laboratory experience or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel ~30% within territory and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across Rainin pipettes, pipette tips, calibration services, and related lab products.
• Develop territory business plans to acquire and expand customer base.
• Identify and advance sales opportunities through prospecting and consultative selling.
• Build strong relationships with lab end users, scientists, and procurement.
• Manage pipeline, CRM compliance, and business planning for territory.
• Demonstrate value through meetings, demonstrations, and training.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations to meet objectives.
• Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.
