Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO Rainin is seeking an On-Site Service Technician to travel within a defined region, inspect, repair, calibrate Rainin pipettes, and support depot centers when not in the field. You will complete service reports, maintain tools, and provide customer leads while upholding Rainin's quality standards.

A valid driver's license and the ability to work independently are required, with strong English communication and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year related experience in manufacturing, instrumentation, or related technical work.
• Pipette knowledge is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong written communication skills and daily service reporting.
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to provide on-site pipette service according to the service schedule.
• Disassemble, repair, and calibrate pipettes per protocols.
• Complete service reports and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain service equipment, tools, and parts inventory.
• Provide Rainin sales with customer leads for potential new product purchases.
• Support service center activities when available.
• Travel using a personal vehicle as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
