Job summary

Mettler Toledo in Richmond, VA is seeking a Lab Sales Representative to drive the sale of Laboratory Division products through the dealer network in an assigned zip code territory, focusing on laboratory markets and training dealers to promote METTLER TOLEDO products.

You will achieve annual sales targets, plan activities, support events, train dealer personnel, manage SAP records, and collaborate with home office and management to meet market goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences, plus 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Significant experience with ERP/CRM systems; SAP preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets by promoting METTLER TOLEDO products through direct account calls and dealers.
• Plan and prioritize selling activities to maximize territory coverage.
• Conduct and support trade shows, seminars, and other customer events.
• Train dealer personnel on product applications and policies.
• Identify and develop accounts within the territory and maintain SAP records.
• Manage budgets and demonstrate strong product knowledge as a trusted expert.
