Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Lab Sales Representative to promote Laboratory Division products through our distribution network in the assigned territory. You will focus on the laboratory market and engage dealer personnel to drive product adoption and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires significant sales experience in scientific instruments, ERP/CRM proficiency, and strong presentation skills. Travel, budget management, and SAP record-keeping are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales experience in scientific instruments or equipment preferred.
• Significant ERP/CRM experience; SAP preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior groups.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets by promoting METTLER TOLEDO products through direct calls and dealer collaboration.
• Plan and prioritize selling activities to maximize territory coverage.
• Support trade shows, seminars, and local events; assist other reps as needed.
• Train dealer personnel on product applications, specifications, and policies.
• Maintain SAP records and manage leads, accounts, and budgets.
• Collaborate with home office, sales and service teams to meet objectives.
