You will undergo an immersive training program blending online coursework with field mentorship in your assigned territory, learning basic to advanced sales techniques while building your client base.

Expect in-person meetings with business owners, tailored insurance solutions, and opportunities to present to groups from 5 to 50+ employees.

Responsibilities

Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and re-service existing clients.
Build and nurture your own client portfolio and contribute to team targets.
Plan weekly schedule and submits it to your manager.
Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
