After comprehensive classroom and field training with our sales trainers, you will make calls to small- and medium-sized businesses to present industry-leading supplemental insurance solutions tailored to fit employees’ needs.

You will build your client portfolio, schedule meetings with owners and decision-makers, and work with your sales manager to set monthly

• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with team to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it weekly.
