Responsibilities

• Buy? you will cover a dedicated territory and make in-person sales calls to SMBs in various industries.
• After training, schedule and attend meetings with owners and decision-makers.
• Present insurance solutions tailored to employees' needs and conduct employee group presentations.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and re-service existing clients.
• Build your own client portfolio and work with the manager to set targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager; meet monthly/quarterly goals.
• Record daily activity and advance performance through the Salesforce CRM.
