Allegiant Business Group seeks an Insurance Sales Representative in a full-time independent contractor role in the Houston area. You will meet with business owners and employees to present supplemental insurance options and guide enrollment decisions.

Representatives operate as independent contractors with training, mentorship, and leadership support, plus a flexible schedule and performance-based rewards that drive growth and client impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and client relationship management.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life insurance license within 90 days.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a local territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations for employees and leadership teams.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support enrollment, follow-up, and claims-related questions.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records using Salesforce CRM.
• Expand your territory through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly and long-term goals.
• Track and report activity while managing an assigned territory.
