Job summary

Altitude Group in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Insurance Sales Consultant to build relationships with business owners and managers, presenting our supplemental insurance products and services, and helping clients secure their financial futures.

This is a full-time outside sales role in your own territory with training, weekly draw pay, bonuses, and growth opportunities. You will manage your schedule, call on new and existing clients, and work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Proven ability to handle objections and maintain motivation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and managers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Develop relationships and expand your book of business.
• Set and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan your schedule and submit weekly hours to your manager.
• Follow up on leads, call on new businesses, and balance cold and warm prospects.
• Provide product presentations to employee groups and individuals.
